The Story
Arcadia Home Services started from a pretty simple idea. Homeowners shouldn't have to pick between a rushed handyman and a tradesman who's booked out for weeks. Most of the work that keeps a house feeling cared-for lives in the middle: mounting, assembly, the small fixes. That work still deserves the same craft as the big jobs.
Every visit comes back to three things. Show up when we said we would. Do the work cleanly and correctly. Leave the space ready to enjoy. We're not trying to be the cheapest call on your list. We want to be the one you keep calling.
How We Work
Precision
Measure twice, drill once. We use stud finders, laser levels, and torque drivers because millimeters matter on a shelf that needs to stay up for a decade.
Cleanliness
Drop cloths go down before tools come out, and debris leaves with us. Walls, floors, and furniture look untouched, except for the piece you wanted installed.
Communication
You get a confirmation when you book, a heads-up when we're on the way, and a walkthrough before we leave. The price you're quoted is the price you pay.
Integrity
If a job doesn't need doing, we'll say so. If it's beyond our scope, we'll tell you that too, and point you to someone who can handle it.
Service Area
Based in Webster, TX. We cover the Bay Area and the south side of Houston, usually within about 30 minutes of Clear Lake.
