The Story
Arcadia is run by Jackson — a Houston-based software engineer by day and a handyman the rest of the time. The job is whatever your home needs done well: TVs mounted plumb, flat-pack furniture built square, the running list of small fixes finally crossed off. Same standard either way. Measure twice, work clean, leave the place better than we found it.
Arcadia grew out of hands-on work helping homeowners with the jobs that make a house feel cared for. Small fixes deserve the same craft as bigger projects. That's what we're here to do.
Every job is insured, ID-verified, and run by the owner — no subcontractors. If you're more comfortable in Spanish, French, or Japanese, that works too.

How We Work
Precision
Measure twice, drill once. We use stud finders, laser levels, and torque drivers because millimeters matter on a shelf that needs to stay up for a decade.
Cleanliness
Drop cloths go down before tools come out, and debris leaves with us. Walls, floors, and furniture look untouched, except for the piece you wanted installed.
Communication
You get a confirmation when you book, a heads-up when we're on the way, and a walkthrough before we leave. The price you're quoted is the price you pay.
Integrity
If a job doesn't need doing, we'll say so. If it's beyond our scope, we'll tell you that too, and point you to someone who can handle it.
Service Area
Based in Webster, TX. We cover the Bay Area and the south side of Houston, usually within about 30 minutes of Clear Lake.
