Before you book
Honest answers to the obvious questions.
How do you bill?
Flat rate. Standard work is $75/hr, TV mounting is $120 per TV. The price you see at booking is the price you pay — no surprise add-ons.
What if the job runs long?
Hourly work is billed in 15-minute increments after the first hour, never rounded up. If something is going to take materially longer than estimated, you'll know before we keep going.
What if my service isn't listed?
Book the closest match or just call — most small home tasks are within scope. If it's outside what we do, we'll tell you and point you to someone good.
Do you bring your own tools?
Yes. Drills, levels, stud finders, drop cloths, anchors, the lot. If a job needs specific hardware (a mount, a specific bracket), we'll confirm that before the visit.
Is there a travel fee?
Only for Galveston — a flat $30. Everywhere else in the Bay Area / south Houston is included.
Can I reschedule?
Of course. Reschedule or cancel free up to 24 hours before. Same-day changes are usually fine too — just text.
